Currently we do not design anything with Flash. If you are looking for a slideshow, we can do an animated GIF, which usually gives the client the results they are looking for.

Unfortunately, there is no fool-proof way to stop people from stealing your images. The best thing to do is watermark your images, so they are not worth stealing. Click here to read a great article regarding the subject.

Most of our print designs are formatted to be printed at Vistaprint.com. Please let us know where you plan on having your designs printed before we start on the design. If printer is not specified, we will design the card to be printed at Vistaprint.com. For round labels & other types try Labels by the Sheet, they can prints almost every size & shape imaginable! Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is on average 3-5 business days on all premade templates. Other designs will have varying turnaround times, please contact us to get a more specific timeframe. We do not work weekends or holidays. Waiting List Due to the high volume of custom websites we are creating, we have implemented a waiting list. Please contact us to be added to the waiting list. Once a spot becomes available you must pay for the design in full within 24 hours or your name will be taken off the list & the next client in line will be moved ahead to your spot. Web Site Design (e-Commerce)
Are you looking for a custom e-Commerce template? Before purchasing one of our templates or custom designs, please purchase your domain name. You can purchase your domain name online through several different places, we prefer Go Daddy. You will also need to set up website hosting. Some hosting providers provide the ability to purchase your domain name for you. For a list of the hosting providers we work with, please see the 'Approved Hosting Providers' section. We cannot set up your template until your domain name & hosting are in place. Please realize that a lot of hard work goes into maintaining a website. Even though I install your design & try to make things as easy as possible for you, you still will have a lot of work ahead of you. You will be the one adding content (ie: categories, products, text, photos, etc.) You will need to resize your images in most cases before adding them to your site. I just like to make clients aware of this so there are no suprises later on. I encourage you to thoroughly research how the hosting companies store admins operate. While the store admin is very user friendly, you will still need to get used to how everything operates. Each hosting company offers lots of tutorials to get you started. Afer you have done your research & you still feel like this all too much for you to handle, I do work with Dawn at Phoenix Rising, who offers assistance adding content to your website.
