None of the images on this site or on any other website I have designed are free for the taking. You must obtain permission from me before using any graphics, photos, etc. that you see. Using images without my permission is considered stealing & is illegal! Please note that I only have a waiting list for custom website designs.
 By purchasing any graphic designs/digital art from
SweetestCupcake.com you agree to the following license agreement. Approved Web Hosting Providers In order for us to install your template you must be contracted with one of our approved web hosting providers. If you choose to use a different hosting company, you can still use our templates but you will be responsible for uploading it. We do not offer assistance with this. Authorization Customer agrees to provide Sweetest Cupcake temporary access to hosting/domain account for the sole purpose of installing web template, etc. Copyright/Use of Products All text, images, photos, graphics, trademarks and other materials at Sweetest Cupcake are subject to the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Sweetest Cupcake, it's affiliated businesses and it's licensors. Designs made using an outside source for images are subject to copyright laws by that particular designer/artist and they retain all copyright to the images. These materials may not be copied or duplicated. Making changes to any part of the web design is not allowed & is subject to removal of design & or code. A link crediting Sweetest Cupcake and or any designers artwork will be located at the bottom of your website. Customer agrees to display this information and link for as long as the website Sweetest Cupcake designed is displayed on the internet. Removal or alteration of this information is considered a violation of contract. Payment Payment is due before any services are rendered. Sweetest Cupcake accepts payments through Paypal for your convenience. Products & Services All designs are sold as shown, unless otherwise noted. This includes but is not limited to: color changes, font changes or layout changes. Contact us for a quote if interested in any template changes. Pre-made and custom web templates do not include the set-up of products, categories or customization of shopping carts. This is the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases do not include layered .PSD files.
